The Green Caravan Film Festival is a celebration of the environment and the art of filmmaking. For more info: 9665-3377 *Via Kuwait UPTO Date :) JAMM's inaugural exhibition in Kuwait will open in mid-November at a new exhibition space located at the Life Center in Shuwaikh. Curated by Ali Bakhtiari, the exhibition will showcase the works of contemporary Arab and Iranian artists with a focus on graphics- works incorporating calligraphy, graffiti or any other type of writing. Featuring both emerging and established artists, the show will include various artistic media (sculpture, painting, silk-screens and photography). Artists include: Farhad Moshiri, Hassan Hajjaj, Ferideh Lashai, Halim Al Karim, Katya Traboulsi, Parviz Tanavoli, Ahmad Mater, Fereydoun Ave, Nargess Hashemi, Iman Raad, Shahrzad Changlavaee, Yahsar Samimi Mofakham among others. Get into the holiday spirit early! ;) German Ladies of Kuwait Christmas BazaarThe German Ladies of Kuwait Christmas Bazaar will take place this coming Friday, December 2nd, from 11am to 3 pm! Buy traditional German baked goods and Christmas ornaments. The bazaar will be held in Yarmouk, Block 2, Street 3, Jaddah 5, House 10. Charity Christmas Bazaar The Salesian Cooperators, are pleased to have their "Annual Christmas Bazaar" once again with lots more items on sale! Homemade goodies, chocolates, decoration and much much more! Please be a part of their drive to help the underprivileged-- especially this Christmas season. All proceeds go to charity! Operation HOPE has warmly clothed 20,000 needy men, women and children, helped repatriate the less opportune, given medical help and provided rations for needy families since 2005 through the support of individuals and local communities.
